We take the time to find, together with you, the perfect product that fits the bill and your pocket. We are no ordinary run-of-the-mill salesteam, we are experts in our products. Furthermore, you can test many of the systems in you own lab or have a demonstration of the systems, before making a decision.

We offer competent on-site support through our techicians or by telefone or E-Mail through our specialists of the indoor service.

 

Order, as it is most convenient for you

By telefone, telefax, letter, E-Mail, through our website or by directly contacting one of our colleagues. You can reach us monday trough thursday from 9.00 to 17:00, friday from 9:00 to 16:00, on every working day which is not a national holiday for whole Germany.

 

Delivery

Products which are on stock, are shipped within 1-2 working days. If a product is not on stock at the moment, we inform you immediately, when you can expect the delivery.

 

Freight charges

Already starting from EUR 250,00 net, we deliver free of charge within Germany and Austria (except for bulk goods).

 

Service after purchasing

For all products, we give at least 2 years warranty beginning with the date of purchase. If a system needs to be repaired during this time and the problem cannot be resolved on-site as usual, you obtain a free replacement system for the time of repair. In case of a repair outside the warranty period, you are of course informed before costs arise. For giving a cost estimation, we pick up the system at your site to check it. Any return requires an RMA-number and a certificate of decontamination.
