PURECL^TM Ultra is a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-dependent substrate for analysis of Western Blots and Dot Blots.

Due to its ultra high reactivity PURECL^TM Ultra detects very small amounts of protein, in no time. Therefore high dilutions of antibodies can be used. Although the substrate is extremely sensitive, it basically produces no measurable background signals.
