PURECL^TM Dura is a horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-dependent substrate for analysis of Western Blots and Dot Blots.

A signal duration of several hours enables long term measurements and allows multiple redetections. Substrates with a similar sensitivity as PURECL^TM Dura often suffer from high background levels. In contrast to most other substrates PURECL^TM Dura combines high sensitivity with low background levels. Therefore PURECL^TM Dura is suitable for detection of high and low abundant proteins. Customers call it a great all-rounder.

PURECL^TM Dura is suitable for detection with the fast and easy Western-Blot 2.0 protocol of PURITY^TM Western Blot Detection Kits. It might be used with CCD-Imaging Systems and X-ray film.
